It is an adventure trip through  spectacular places during walk, we will be amazed by the beauty of the whole area. We will have the occasion to know the Quechua native traditional people that live at 14.000 feet of height and that assists to their flocks of llamas  in the isolated region of the Mountain Vilcanota, among the glaciers and colorful lakes. We will also have a good occasion to appreciate the flight to the Condors that is one of the biggest birds in  of the world and the Andean vicuña, practically extinct in other parts.

Pick you up from the hotel and transport to the town of Tinki

Day 1.- Cusco – Tinki – Upis

Early in the morning we will leave the City of Cusco to the town of Tinki following the route of the south valley, passing several districts, chapels and lagoons. after 3 hours of trip we will arrive at the Town of Tinki located at 3700 m.s.n.m., place where we will start our walking through a dry climate, with little vegetation (ecological puna), after approx. 3 hours of walk we will stop to eat lunch, and to appreciate part of the majestic mountain of Ausangate (6337 m.s.n.m) after the lunch we will continue walking for around 2 hours until arriving to our camp Upis (4200 m.s.n.m.).


Day 2.- Upis – Ausangate – Cocha

After the breakfast we will continue the walk ascending for approx. 4 hours until arriving to Arapa (4850 m.s.n.m) where we stop to rest, then we will descend walking for paths where we will see wild animals, in this area we will find 3 beautiful lagoons, the three of different colors, these are: Yanacocha, Hatun Pukacocha and Qomerqocha until finding the appropriate place to eat lunch, after the lunch we will continue for the route surrounding to the mountain, we will ascend walking by 2 hours until Apuchata, to the second pass (4900 m.s.n.m.) , after reaching the summit we will descend for approx. half hour until the camping Ausangate Qocha (4440 m.s.n.m).


Day 3.- Ausangate – Qocha- Q´ampa

This day we will start walking earlier, for about two hours ascending to the third pass, the Abra de Palomani (5200 m),this is the highest point along the route, then we will descend another 2 hours, watching American camelids, llamas, alpacas,vizcacha and glacial mountains until to arrive at Pampa court where we have the lunch (4050 meters), after lunch we climb approx. 3 hours to our camp in Q’ampa (4300 m).


Day 4.- Q´ampa – Pacchanta

After the breakfast we will walk for approx. 2 hours until arriving to the step of Q’ampa (5000 m.s.n.m.), then we will descend for approx. 5 hours to the lagoon of Qomercocha and then to arrive until Pacchanta (4100 m.s.n.m.), this it is a small community with attractive thermal waters, where we will relax our bodies and at the same time enjoying the wonderful landscape.


Day 5.- Pacchanta – Tinki – Cusco

In the morning we will leave Pacchanta and we will begin the return to Tinki we will walk approx. 2 hours, once in Tinki, where our transport is waiting to drive us to Cusco, getting to Cusco in the afternoon.
